Jake Hower | Managing Director
Jake is a co-director of PAT. He joined Chris Daniels as a director in 2009. He has extensive travel industry experience, having worked in various senior positions before joining PAT. Jake’s role within the company has him overseeing operations, client management and new client acquisition, with a focus on driving innovation through the entire group. Jake is a member of Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) and is also actively involved in various travel industry associations.
Chris Daniels | Director
Chris is a co-director of PAT. He purchased the company in 2003, after a career in the corporate world with ExxonMobil. He has extensive travel industry experience, having both owned and operated numerous corporate travel companies concurrently to PAT. Chris’ role within the company has him focusing on strategy and new client acquisition. Chris’ corporate background adds vast amounts of knowledge to PAT, which directly benefits our clients and industry partners.

Theo Ikosidekas | Team Leader
Theo joined the team in 2010, having spent numerous years in the wholesale travel industry. Theo’s ability to connect with clients and co-workers plus his cool under pressure make him an excellent team leader. Having visited many countries across Europe, Asia & North America, Theo has an ever expanding knowledge of what is important to savvy travellers.
David Flanc | Travel Consultant
David joined PAT in 2011 having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Melbourne University followed by a Diploma of Tourism from William Angliss. He has a passion for travel, cultures and language (He speaks three). David’s meticulous attention to detail and repore with clients makes him an excellent travel consultant. If only he could be cloned!
Maureen O’Dwyer | Travel Consultant
Maureen is our longest serving employee. After joining the company in the late 1950′s, Maureen owned PAT for many years before selling to Chris in 2003. After selling, she made the decision to stay on and continues to play a vital role. Maureen’s vast knowledge of the travel industry and practical business experience make her an irreplaceable member of the team.
